Windowblinds-SkinStudio: Dialog Window Background (where is it???) in Skinning WinCustomize Forums

How do I make the dialog backgroud show up? Changing the settings in Windowblinds Conf. has no effect. In SkinStudio the value is always NONE, the attribute is always OPTIONAL. I just dowloaded 4.4, but the installed program say it's 4.3 I'm running Windows 2000. >
