Great way to support the customers who have supported you for so many years. NOT! In no way does Fences justify being a software service and no upgrade for a permanent license is further crapping on your customers. How can I trust that you won't do this to the rest of your product line, like Start 11. I can't and you have now convinced me to not upgrade to the latest Start 11 or Fences 5.
