I had to reinstall Windows yesterday, and I tired to reinstall windowblinds. wheb I tried to activate it, amessage came up that I had exceeded allowable activations. I have been using Stardock products for many years and I have never used my membership to give it to another person. I have also never gotten a denial of service before.I hope someone at Stardock will read this and look into it. .
I figured out how to get mine updated. My renewal in October had a new subscription number. I changed that number in Impulse and now it shows the extra year.
I just purchased a OD Ultimate subscription that expires October 29, 2010. In addition I already had a OD subscripion that expires April 2, 2010. My Impulse shows my OD subcrition still with the April2, 2010 date and does not show the Ultimate subscrption at all. Looks like I am not getting any extension.
I have an active O D subscription, have had for at least five years. I have Windowblinds 6 installed and most of the other O D apps. It just womt work for Wb 7.
It shows in my Impulse but when I try to load it I get message "Your registration for this product is not valid". Yet I can update other products with no problem. How do I fix this?

Thanks for your help. I have uninstalled-rebooted-reinstalled via SDC many times but the result is the same. Maybe OD will come out with another revision.
