Support keeps an eye on the forums and creates bug reporst when we see them. That does not mean we see every post or every bug. (But we do our best!) :) Official support is always the ticketing system via email or the web page. In any case .. this will get passed along. Thnaks!

Fences is not supported in Win8 at this time. It does not organize or sort outside of Fences.

The pro version has rules that will organize files by type.

Getting caught up on where you WANT them to go or getting upset when they go off or trying to keep them on target is a battle you cannot win. If you want to control the threads, start a site and be a moderator.
