Yes, I did submit a ticket. I was given instructions via support on how to overcome the problem I was having. The Instructions they gave me worked just as they said they would. I have now installed Start10 and it is working very well! Thank you Stardock for your help, and another great product! Rob Culbert

When I try to Install the Stardock Start10 program I get the following error - "Please reboot to complete the Start10 uninstall before proceeding with the new installation. The install will now exit". I have not even installed it yet, but it is saying to complete a Start10 Uninstall?? How could I be "Uninstalling" it? If I haven't even installed it yet?? I did a search in the Control Panel app "Programs and Features" and Start10 is not even listed there?? So, how can I uninstall it? I bou
I have purchase numerous StarDcok products and they always preform as they should! However, since UpGrading to the full version of Windows 10, when I try to install "Start10" I keep getting this error: Please reboot to complete the Start10 Uninstall before proceeding with the new installation. The install will now exit." It has done this at every attempt to install it!! I have uninstalled Start8 and still receive this message! Please help!! Rob
