If I use one of the other styles, how do I adjust the height of the menu so I don't have to scroll down to see all the icons if I have many of them pinned? Like I can do with the Windows 7 grid style. Is this possible?

If I'm using either of the Windows 7 styles (classic or modern), do I not have access to groups or tabs? Or am I missing something?
