be honest, i do not want to store my WB, IP, and CFX themes on my SDD. i want them on a platter drive.
Same here, but my OS is on my SSD and SD puts all the files in Public Documents. So I use up 11 GB of space storing blinds. DeskScapes lets me store dreams on a second drive, why not blinds, cursors, DX themes, and docks? Icon packages too. It would save me a lot of SSD space.
Quoting PuterDudeJim, reply 7Dave, some of your stuff won't be available in SDC at this time. Dunno why. You'll have to go to the SD store for some of it.Like what? SDC is for apps only. Skins and themes and stuff are different beasts and must be retrieved from the web store.
For starters, DX, a working copy, isn't available in SDC. DX 3.96/4.0 isn't showing in SDC. Several of the betas aren&#3

If you want it to work as designed, you should uninstall everything you installed via Impulse "WITH IMPULSE" and install from SDC or the web.

I can't believe a redneck can't get a little respect around here...lol.
Man, how do you expect to get respect if you're posting support threads and then solving them yourself? You look like a redneck from where I stand. And I might add that you're being a tad smug for someone who's only been here since last april. Move over and let a veteran show you a thing or two! PeterDudJoe? And you call me a dumbass...ha! Well, phooey on you, ya big ugly redneck! What kind of name is RedneckDud anyway? You born in a barn? I just think it would have been nice if you had researched first, then the developers here could spend their time helping those who actually need it, like WebCosmos, or whoever he is. Do you think the support team here at Stardock, a very good support team, has nothing better to do than to deal with this crap?

You damn dumbass! Why didn't you google it BEFORE making a post? [e digicons][/e] This is a waste of valuable forum space!!! A little research goes a long way, shit for brains!! Quit wasting our time!! [e digicons]o_O[/e]
