1 Month later but same problem for me, purchased OD (not ultimate) + WinCustomize Browser on 15th Aug. First Impulse got stuck on connecting, fixed this by downloading full version. Then my registrations for both OD and WC Browser were not recognized. Support ticket opened, replied to and now WinCustomize Browser works...but OD still not. Impulse and Stardock Central doesn't accept my OD registration for deskscapes+windowblinds+iconpackager. Ticket still open, 19th
