If you haven't done so already, please contact support@stardock.com and start a trouble ticket. That is the preferred method to get this type of request resolved.  As this is the weekend you may have to wait until Monday for support to get to it.

I opened an activation ticket on Friday ( QOX-536419 ) that has had no reply since the 16th, could you hunt that one down also?
