Apply skin to taskbar in Skinning WinCustomize Forums

Hi. I'd like to apply a specific skin to my taskbar but leave the rest of my apps in another skin. Can anyone advise me how to do this? I've tried the "per application" settings in WindowBlinds but it doesn't seem to want to let me do it. Thanks.
