ERROR message in logonstudio need HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! in OS Customization WinCustomize Forums

When i try to make new logon screens i input image into main frame and when i go to save it i get error message:- Run Time Error '53' File Not Found: JPGUtils.dll. Can anyone please help or point out where i'm going wrong.cheers!!

I keep getting error message and says invalid format on uploading bootskin ,file is in zip,have put .bootskin in zip and all files(.ini,bmp's)still get same message....help!!!
