It was 32. I just noticed that when I change iconpackage I get this warning: The icons for the WindowsXP Classic Start Menu cannot be changed. This is currently a limitation within the operating system, and not a problem with the iconpackager application.

Thanks for a try , no help though. I have tried that already and tried again but the result is the same. I have tried reinstalling the program, delete the icons and download them again but doesn't help. By the way the weird edges are on every iconpackage not just on iCandy. </font

I searched from all skins by word Longhorn and found some winstyles that used the skin I'm looking for There's just a problem... the skin I mean is Longhorn M4 Plex by Voodoo_FreaK but every single winstyle is trying to download Longhorn M5 which looks much worse to me I got to find it.
