Thanks guys. It was enabled, have disabled it. Then I rebooted windows, and restarted windowBlinds and the tranparency is still not working. What stranger is that when I click the START button, the blur & semi-transparency work fine, it is only the 'Taskbar' which appears not to be displaying correctly. Any advice please? I just got Windowblinds however, none of the skins with transparency work correctly.
