Anyone know how to HIDE the WB icon in the taskbar area? I read somewhere that there is a REGISTRY TWEAK where you can disable/hide the icon from displaying. Any help/info would be appreciated. Thanks.
Your wbsrv.dll is far too old which is why there is a problem. Unload WB, uninstall WB, reboot. If wbsrv.dll is still on disk, rename it. The install WB again & reboot. Thanks for your reply. I've done as you suggested and in WB "System Information"....the same date appears. However when I check the file properties....I
I am unable to load WB 5 and getting the following error message: "WindowBlinds is having a problem loading the skin bitmaps." I have tried rebooting my pc but the error message still displays. Anyone know what is causing this problem and what's the solution/fix for this??? Thanks. ----------------------------------------------------------- WindowBlinds 5.0 System Information Report: STATUS : WB+ SRV+ HLP+ UI+ TRAY+ <b
OS: WinXP (sp2) WB version: 5.00[b].009 Issue: It just started happening tonight, but my mouse pointer is lagging (running very slow + sometimes freezes) when WB 5 is loaded. The following error occured: Load: C:/Program Files/Stardock/SDCentral/installed/wb5.xml 1 Result: Installation Failed (0)" Anyone know what this is and how to resolve it???
I noticed a new start-up program from Stardock called SDMCP.exe. Tried researching it on google, but not much info there. Anyone know if this is a REQUIRED auto start-up service or can it be enabled manually? Will WB 5 be effected if this is disabled?
After installing WB 5, I've noticed that some wallpaper is loading during system start-up (right before the Windows boot screen comes up) and during system shutdown or restart. This appears for a split second and it disappears. I uninstalled WB 5 to see if this was the cause of it...and apparently it was because after I uninstalled it, the wallpaper no longer appeared during boot and shutdown. So then I installed Wb 5 again and after reboot....the wallpaper appeared again on startup
