need a lot of help

I bought a GeFprce FX 5700LE card from Jaton. I came with Object Desktop, WindowBlinds. But little to no info on how to use :-[

When I install it says "Use the Appearance tab in Display Properties to activate WindowBlinds and change skins."

How do I do this, my Display Properties program looks just like it did before I installed Object Desktop. The Appearance tab is the same, nothing was added. No link or anything about WindowBlinds.
