Spent 2 tokens, where's my game?

I just had the same thing happen to me. I went from 7 tokens to 5, but no game.

I just tried to buy trash with the same result, error took tokens and no game, then I hit refresh to try again and it took 2 more

update to my problem I exited out of SDC but it did NOT return the tokens

Hi Games_Master - I'll be emailing you with details to get this sorted out. We've rebooted the server which has resolved the problem.

As an update to those who were having problems running Trash, I believe we've finally got this resolved. Updating to v1.04.005 via Stardock Central or re-installing the game should fix things up. Apologies for the issue.

i purchased astral masters and apparently having the same problem.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and I still only get to play the demo version.

We've got a Knowledgebase article which describes how to fix this.

Hey there!  I just purchased a five token batch.  Then went and attempted to download/purchase Space Hack (for two tokens).  I got an error and it charged me for two tokens.  I pressed refresh, thinking it was a browser problem and it charged me again (darn that was stupid...)!?!  Please credit me the two tokens and help me download/acquire the game.  Thanks.

I just had the same thing happen... tried to get BS Hacker, spent 2 tokens, got an error... I tried doing the lookup serial number thing from the knowledgebase article and that still doesn't get me my registration #

Yeah, I had 10 tokens, tried to buy BS Hacker, it errored - at the top of the page said I had ten tokens. I figured I would try again because it didn't look like it did anything. In that time I tried the refresh key. Now I'm down 6 tokens and got nothing for it.

Now this happened to me with Tribal Trouble. Went down from 10 tokens to 7 and no game available...

Same thing happened to me with Space Hack.  Anybody know what to do about this?  Just spent 2 tokens on it and can't download it.

Ok this is weird, get back this afternoon and load-up Stardock central. Now it is allowing me to finally load Space Hack. Unfortunately, it is still costing me 4 tokens instead of 2! Hopefully this can be fixed when they reconcile the servers?!? Is there a cause on 'our' end? Well I have the game at least, cant wait to play (loading now).....

This is becoming a real problem. I bought a 10-pack and, before finding this thread, have gone and spent 6 of my tokens already trying to acquire Space Hack - FOR NAUGHT!!!!!!! I sent an email to support@stardock.com. I hope I get my other 4 tokens back or I'm gonna COMPLETELY pull my support for all Stardock products (heh, I wasn't that mean in the email to support, I was very brief to avoid ranting... so I'm ranting now.. lol) Actually I'm quite confident they'll fix it. If they don't, they'll lose a TGN/Drengin.net customer who's been with them since the release of Gal Civ 1 (the Win32 version). Don't worry, I didn't include any veiled threats in my email to support either I saved up all my venting for this thread, hahahahaha

same thing happened to me. bought Space Hack and and BS Hacker . Tokens are gone but the game is only available as Demo in SDC. Restarted SDC, Rebooted PC, reinstalled SDC - nothing helped. All my other games are showing up fine though.

We'll get everyone sorted out, don't worry.

Okay, everyone who reported problems now has mail that should resolve the issues encountered.

Yay! Thanks guys. Hope you track down the problem that's causing this to recur. I notice the first incidents of this problem occurred about a month ago -- and now it's back. Hmmm. I'm sure somebody's stumped (assuming the bug hasn't already been squashed.)

EDIT: Wanna know something weird? The vast majority of the problems reported with this occurred on the 21st of September, the 20/21st of October, and the 20th/21st of November. What's up with the 21st??? LOL! Wouldn't it be wild if that were the source of this "bug"????
