Just attempted to buy Astral Masters with 2 tokens. It gave me an error. Just to be sure, I exited Stardock and opened it again, showed I'm now at 8 tokens, but it still gives me a demo link.

I'm having the same problem (bought Space Hack, tokens are gone, but I got only an error and no game). Here is the problem I got in the browser page:

Ditto - tried to get GalCiv 2, was given a similar error message, now I'm down 5 tokens. I sent an email to support, but this overall problem doesn't seem to be resolved!

Hi gang,

Sorry, I was away most of last week until today for the Thanksgiving holiday. I'll look into these issues right away and get everyone squared away. We're (obviously) still investigating on what's causing this bug.

I just spent 2 tokens on Space Hack and now I can't download it. The Email I got just has a link to download SDC again. How can I actually get the game now? EDIT - Nevermind. It appeared in my purchased games section after restarting:p

Ah, good to hear. I think it's on the plate to make SDC auto-update for that, but when in doubt, a restart generally does the trick.
