Bug: Started game with Demonic morality when using custom race

I chose the squid-head guys graphics in a custom race. A couple turns into the new game, I was already listed as a Demonic morality race (not Neutral as I should have been) in a quartly report. Custom races should start Neutral, shouldn't they?

I'm not sure the quarterly reports have much (if any) correllation with "reality". I was labeled demonic even though I had chosen the good choice on every single colonization event. This was playing as human. In the game I just finished, the quarterly report said that I was #2 (out of two) even though the stats report showed me as #1 in all but one category, and #1 overall.

I suspect the quarterly reports are only partially operational atm, I always seem to be the most powerful civ even if I think I'm losing. That morality thing certainly sounds bugged.
