Bug: Shipyard production wrong on Colony List after returning from QBL

If you use the Quick Build List from the Colony List to change ship production, the Colony List display does not get refreshed (to show the new ship model you just chose to build). You have to manually close the Colony List, then reopen it to force it to refresh.

It seems the QBL insists that the planet be selected before clicking on the ship project (an extra, unnecessary step IMO). After changing the ship being built, it then returns to the top of the planet list, which is a usability/playability problem.
