Well if you look on the page then you can see that 2 images misslabeled : one that shows HYPERDRIVE IN DEVELOPMENT marked as "MAIN USER INTERFACE" and viseversa.

Also first image in "Ships designs" does not show the big image if you click on it....

Also the Journals are empty no entries.

Hmm. They said that this site (www.galciv2.com) would start to transform in conjunction with BETA 3. Perhaps they are doing some work on it, and the journals for some reason went down..

I have occasionally found that I loaded up a forum and found that it just gave me the original top entry and no replies. If I went back and reloaded it then usually everything appeared properly.
