Problems with start menu and firefox skinning

alright so im try to use the longhorn 5203 skin which supports start menu skinning but all that happens is that the start menu reverts to classic and colors that match the skin also in fire with some skins the status bar is hot pink (looks like a left out pic or something) other than that most windows are skinned but when you try to open like my computer its inclassic too with like colors

right click your 'start' = properties - start menu, make sure you're not on classic start
FF get some issues with some skins, depends on which FF skin you use - sometimes restarting FF clears it - try changing to a different FF skin = i use nautilus, don't have any problems.
