I must be tired 'cause when I read those headlines I said to myself,"where does he get those?" then a second later I was like,"oh yeah it says it right there". As you can see I may need sleep.

In the town I used to live in they would describe each part of town. For example there was North Side, Old West End, West End, East Side and South End. One year the newspaper actually had this headline:'Man Shot in South End Area' Damn I bet that hurt.

Oh btw in the headline about the mares. At least they have moved up to horses usually it ASSES that run Human Service Programs.
