How a local tribe in my home county handled a child molester

Ouch....

I,Ironically, put this under humor...although not many would view it that way...maybe...

As the story goes, back in the 1950's an indian man, of the local tribe, (Klamath) moelested a families(non-indian) daughter...the town was outraged...legally he would only be imprisoned...soooo.....the Klamath Indian Tribe Chiefs took justice into their hands, having been on good relations with the girls family, they took the man from his prison cell (awaiting decision,etc...) and took him onto their reservation, told him to drop his pants and proceeded to nail his testicles (aka balls) to a tree stump...then (if you think that is bad) they set the stump on fire...The man by this time was screaming in pain, because of both the fire burning him, and nail through his testicles...they gave him a hunting knife and told him...that if he wanted to survive, that he would have to cut off his testicles............................ :( :o

That was nice of them. The knife, I mean. I'm sure that if I pushed against the stump hard enough with his legs he could have torn himself free without it.

White man thought he could improve on this land when he conquored it.  Seems we have much to learn from the Indians yet.

No matter how you look at it or which way he decided the molester had no balls.

I have a nicer one, justice and all, a small hollow glass tube shoved up the opening of penis, then slapped with a hammer so it shatters inside. like to see him use that anymore.

-Oooh...ouch! not nice....(well,justifiable in a case of the person being a rapist/molester....

I've heard this before, only with the man having his balls nailed to a barn floor, being given a knife, and the barn being set on fire. It's an urban legend, dear. But a nifty one

--This actually happened in my home county (Klamath County,Oregon) back in the 50's....the klamath tribe had a lot of power then, so no one did anything about it...but not so much now...
