Help with WindowFX

Hey I recently installed windowFX and I am using the perfect os x shadow style used with the Mac os x tiger suite. I am having a problem with windows when they hide the top part that has File and open like Windows Media Player and MSN. It still shows the shadow for the hiden part. Im wondering if this is fixable or am I just going to have to live with it.

I think you have to live with it, or add those programs to WindowFX's list of applications to ignore. The problem stems from those programs not really removing the "hidden" parts and simply making them invisible. WindowFX doesn't know they're invisible and adds a shadow to them.
