WHY do the FORUMS NOT RECOGNIZE me as a WINCUSTOMIZE BROWSER member?

I AM NEVER ALLOWED to edit my posts!

Submitting a POST IS a GREAT CHALLENGE with your Network. Every time I write a post and select "Create," I may notice something I would like to add or change. HOWEVER, EACH TIME I select "EDIT" it gives me a new window stating the following... "Sorry, your access level does not permit you to use this page." WHAT'S UP WITH THAT? First of all I am NOT LOGGED OUT.  I AM logged into: Stardock Central, WinCustomize and the FORUM.  Why can't the FORUM acknowledge my member status?  Really it's hilarious, because then I end up with 2 IDENTICAL POSTS.  IF I try to DELETE one of the posts, I get an encrypted ERROR PAGE.  I have to close all applications & START OVER AGAIN! PLEASE advise me with the proper steps in having the "Stardock" and "WinCustomize" FORUM acknowledge my member status BEFORE I post my topic! Again, thank you for your time and consideration.

I am not yelling, but emphasizing my challenge with the network in hope to have an answer. The problem above has happened numerous times. There is nothing worse than closing application after application, and retyping over and over, feeling like an IDIOT when you see your post displayed TWICE... hoping no one at Stardock reprimands you that you are only allowed to post once for a particular issue etc. etc. etc. Do I need to go on?

... really, I DO appreciate any answers I can get.

I never used a forum before until now when I noticed that answers came much quicker than sending a personal e-mail to support.

Citizen lpworld  ...sometimes a page reload will stall when posting a thread and/or comment.....it's a common problem....and any subsequent 'multiples' will be removed...no dramas...

The 'editing' of posts is specifically time-limited...to prevent the re-writing of 'history', in other words, making subsequent responses look silly because the prior comment has since been altered.

The best solution regarding the latter is to read twice before clicking 'submit', then editing is not needed...

Cool. That's all I needed to know. Thank you.

That's cool, sometimes they do tend to get answered faster in the forums. But large fonts and caps are considered the same as yelling and just not really good "Forum Manners" if there is such a thing
And don't feel like an idiot when things post twice....sometimes it happens four or five times to people that use the forums alot...it's just something that happens with the site sometimes. I have no answers for the "No access to Edit" thing...there have been other threads here about that also. Hopefully an admin will have an answer for you.

See, I told you I never used a forum before. If I would have known capitalization is considered yelling, I would have not capitalized. Too funny.
