Compact menu problem

I have run into a problem that I never had before. I like compact menus better than the standard size, so when I download a skin and it doesn't have a compact menu, I will make one. I usually get everything lined up right. However, with this skin, the Programs button is hanging way off the left side of the start panel. I have tried adjusting size and content margins, but nothing changes. Can someone enlighten me on what I need to do? I have a shot of the compact menu in question, but I don't know how to insert it in here...

After changing the content margins, are you deleting the .wb4 files before applying the changes?

No, I'm not. Am I supposed to? If I am supposed to, this is really stupid, where are the files that I need to delete? I did save this blind with the compact menu and recolor as a separate skin, though, so I wouldn't mess up the original file..

Files are in the same folder as the bitmaps, .uis file etc. *only delete the WB4 files*. When you apply the changes by rightclicking the icon in the system tray and click "reload the current skin", Windowblinds regenerates them with the new "instructions"

Well, I got it fixed! I discovered the original skin had a subfolder with the regular start menu (no WB 4.5 stuff). I used that one, recolored it, and made the compact menu without any problems! I sure am glad that when I tinker with a skin, that I save it to a different folder...saves me from having to download it again if I screw up. Thanks for all your help!
