Net folders in OD or OD+

Hello, my doubt is the following one. I have created a dock in my desk in which I have same links to folders that are located in the server of the company; whenever turn on the computer I have to enter my name and password to be able to have access to the server, they advise not to mark the square to us to remember password by obvious reasons for security. The question is that if I want that those links of dock work to me, I must clear and return to put objectDock; it exists some way to form those direct access so that they from the beginning work to me when loading ObjectDock, still before log in to me in the server, and who log in himself? there is some type of script or similar to put somewhere in the arguments of the direct access or?

Sorry for my english and thanx

Your best bet might be to map the folders or drives on the server to "My Computer", then create dock links to the mapped folders or drives.

This will link the dock to these mapped items, and the computer will treat them as being local. All you should need to do is log on to the network. The Network Administrator(s) should be maintaining the link for your mapped items.

The dock links will not work until you log on to the network, but you would not be able to access them before logging in anyway.

No guarantee that it will work due to various ways of setting up network securities, but it is worth a try.

To map a folder or drive, open "My Computer" and go to "Tools>Map Network Drive...", and select a drive from the drop down list, or browse for a folder - then follow prompts to complete the procedure.

Once mapped, just drag-n-drop the mapped items icon to the dock.

Note - make sure to get permission from the Network Administrator(s) before mapping anything.

I hope this made sense and helps in some way.
