Well my first suggestion would be to use a format like png/gif/jpg instead of bmp.

Then...the image has to be on the internet somewhere, you can't post something that's sitting on your hard drive. Try imageshack or something.

Just started redesigning my work desktop. I took and modified a WinXP background called Ripple and pixelated it plus I added some other shapes for icon placement.

I just installed object dock before taking my screenshot, so it's basically default icons
