Screenshots and Copyrights

Yesterday I Uploaded A Screenshot Of My Current Desktop and Today I'm Assuming It Was Rejected. It's No Longer In The Moderation Que And I Can't See It Anywhere In The Screenshots Section. Now Before Anyone Goes Off The Deep End, I'm Not Whining. If It Was Rejected, I Say C'est La Vie.
I Have A Feeling It Was Rejected Because Of The Wallpaper That Was Used. An Artists Render Of What Should Be An X-Ray Shot Of Homer Simpsons Head. I Remember Reading In a Thread Sometime Ago That Certain Things Were Not Allowed Due To Copyright. So I'm Asking If Anyone Knows If The Simpsons Or Anything Remotely Linked To Them Is a No-No Here. It Would Save Me a Lot Of Time In The Future. So If Someone Knows, Leave a Reply. Better Yet, If Someone Has a List Of Copyrighted Taboo, That Would Help Too.
Ta Very Much.

Actually, if that is thee same screenshot you submitted, my guess is it was rejected because the wallpaper is not sufficiently obscured. It would be extremely simple for even an amateur as myself to take that screenshot and have an fully functional wallpaper taken from it, all without the original author's permission for distribution.

Granted, I may be wrong, it could be because it was a Simpsons shot. But I bet it is because the wall was not sufficiently obscured.

Interesting nick BTW. Makes me think of another I have seen.

In a screenshot, the wallpaper should be partially hidden by a window or something. The idea is that somebody couldn't just save your screenshot, erease the icons, etc on the empty black portion of the wall and use it. Open a window and hide a part of Homer's head and your screenshot will be accepted.
