Mirror type(drop shadow)?

How would you go about getting a mirror shadow type of effect in either paint shop or photoshop? Like the ones here on the writing blue conica or clear blucite. I'm not really sure how to spell them but here's a link..https://www.wincustomize.com/Skins.aspx?LibID=25

In PSP8, just duplicate the layer containing the text...go to the duplicate layer and do Image > Flip, then use your Move tool to move the text up under the original text...then (still on the duplicate layer) select part of the text (lower half?) and feather it.

You're welcome! Oh, I forgot to add...after do everything to the mirror image (feather etc), you can then turn down the transparency in your layers palette, so the reflection is a little more realistic.
