Well with the year 2004 almost over and 2005 quickly approaching I started this thread to see what your New Year resolutions would be. So I'll start with mine....Now that I'm retired after 30 years of driving a truck, my New Year's resolution is definetly to spend a lot of quality time with my family, something I couldnt always do since I was on the road a good part of the time. Hope this thread is of interest..come on guys lets see what your resolutions are.

I changed mine. I resolve to not resolve anything, which means I'll resolve everything because that's a resolution and I resolved to not make any. And then.... wait, I got lost.

Wizop MikeB314 Good luck .. I hope you get your monitor. A monitor that I really like is the Viewsonic Flat Screen. combine that with a 128mg video card GForce..now we're talking.Thats what I have an its super. Maybe better cards, I dont know, but I really like the GForce and that monitor.

Personally i rarely make resolutions,i am used to taking life as it comes,it's actually a streess-relief not knowing whether tomorrow you live or die,it make you fear and live as much as you can,make the best of each day,carpe diem.On the other hand a bit of planning the future seems nice. So for the next year i'm planning to do better in the University and raise my score a lil bit above the current ones (i got a medium of 9,1/10),i'll try to keep up sending articles to the University Newspaper and most certainly keep on writting poetry,cause paper and my pen are my most loyal friends around.Also i'll try not to think with the head at all times,try to listen a bit to the heart,i realised recently that it is quite important to do so,life is not all about "must do",it also has "want to do" in it. I hope everybody else accomplishes their resolutions

Citizen Cyberworld: You seem to have made resolutions to give you a better balance in life. I am certain if you have the 'heart' to acheive this you will no doubt succeed. And you are right about life..its anot all about what we must do...there are times we simply have to do what we want to do....thats a good balance..
