I can´t read what it says on the site, but in front of my nick, theres another name:Jason
Maybe Jafo could take a look at it?

I don't mean this to come across as rude, but if this is your skin, and it's being hosted elsewhere, isn't this a matter you can handle yourself? It's simply a simple process of sending them an e-mail and asking them to remove your work.

Yeah, but can't Jafo do that?

It is good to let others know that their work my be distributed without their consent, but WC's moderators can't be the Internet police.

Of course I can mail them,I was only trying to be helpful.
I thought that maybe other skinners, would like to see if they have skins that were "borrowed"

Swedenskins....

Yes, it's an on-going 'battle' to retain proprietorship of one's wok/s on the net...and certainly beyond the capacity of any one individual.

As much as is possible it's really the task of each 'owner' to police his/her own property.

All anyone else can really do is offer assistance/advice as and when it occurs.

A site admin may have 'absolute power' over what happens on the site he/she administers but that carries little weight outside the immediate community.  We generally get a good 'reception' amongst other related sites, eg Devart, Skinbase, etc....but in this case, I for one am a better brain surgeon than I am a Chinese or Japanese linguist....

Where possible, enlist the aid of someone with a working knowledge of the 'lingo' and word a request as simply and politely as humanly possible and generally you'll find people will comply.

Most abuses of perceived/actual copyright are through ignorance and are unintentional....
