Downloading problem

from WinCustomize Forums
Ever since installing SP2 I can't download any straight to my Windowblinds control panel. I have to download it to my desktop and then load it to my advanced configuration fom there. Does anyone know how I can get back to having the skins download straight from the WinCustomize sight? Thanks.

you could try reassociating windowblinds files to windowblinds. otherwise you might want to try uninstalling and then installing again.

Right-click on any .wba file, choose Open with then choose Select Program, then choose WindowBlinds from the list. Make sure Always use selected program is checked.

SP2 seems to recognize all renamed 'zips' as zips, so wba, wsz, lsz, etc will be downloaded as zip until you re-associate those specific archives with their respective proggies...

Me neither, but I use WinRAR, not the default XP zip function, so that may be why I had no issues with *wba's when updating to SP2

I had no issues....either...not even using Explorer anyway...
