Well here I'm user level 3..(Gasp!) Yeah ok, I let my subscription run out in July but I fixed it...so I thought. I jumped through all the hoops (crossed referenced & deleted all my toll house cookies) everything is good (user 4 again) Whew! till I visit JU and come back here.. This keeps happening am I high or...
What's going on?

I had to log out of JU..
clear cookies..
log back on to WC...
close browser..
click on the link Stardock sent me..

Whew! I'm tired

I had to go peek at my User ID and level since I'm forever seeing ppl remark about that and I signed up here before you China! So there! hehe
I'm level 3 too it seems whatever that means I never paid attention to the perks vs investment here I only suck bandwith I think...

China, I had the same problem. Its a conflict between the old subscription and the new one. An email to T Man and it was fixed.
