Object dock plus

Im trying to make a tabbed start menu with links to the file search, control panel and run command. My question is does anyone know how or where the actual executable for those files are? I tried windows system32 but didnt find them unless they are named something different. Thanks in advance if any know.

Take it from your start menu and drag it on your desktop or in any folder you want, it will create a shortcut for it. You can then make a Object Dock sortcut to the shortcut. That's what I did, it works.

Thats what I wound up doing. Making a link to a link just seemed funny to me but I guess it still works the same
