Screenshot for "July screenshots"

Maybe a dumb question, but how do I submit a screenshot to the July Screenshot thread??

Ya don't really "submit" one [if you're referring to on this board..]

You need the file on the web somewhere, [some webspace? your website? etc] then hotlink to it using simple phpBB-like code..

IE: [ img ]http:therest.jpg[ /img ]

** make sure you DON'T leave spaces in the image tags. I had to give spaces or this forum would have interpreted the code as an actual URL hehe...Make sure you include the FULL url path to the image.

Ok thanks, I ALMOST get that. lets say that i want to submit my current desktop, which has this link: https://www.wincustomize.com/window.asp?Cmd=PREVIEW&source=http://skins.wincustomize.com/MichaelBrandt/desktop.jpg

What would the full code be then?

Open up your desktop in a browser and right-click on the image => properties and copy the image link which would be this without the spaces http :// skins2.wincustomize.com/ MichaelBrandt/ desktop.jpg then in the desktop thread, click on the little blue postagestamp thingy below the smilies, in the popup paste the link to your desktop image
