how come i cant sign out i need to sign on to my other account and it wont let me i click it but nothing please help

if you''ve cleared your temp internet files and cookies after you signed in....you may not be able to ''expire'' the cookie...therefore can''t sign out...try closing your browser, clearing your files and then you can sign back in with your other acct. ???
