Hello, that's what I've thought too, but from what I can find, it is $29.99 before tax. So I'm confused why the offer isn't $19.99 before tax, like shown in the advert? Even after entering personal/address details to the checkout page, it recalculates to $0.00 tax. Thanks.

Thanks for posting and sorry for the confusion. To clarify: Upgrade prices should be accessible by clicking the specific "Upgrade" button on that pop-up. If you've clicked the main image instead, that could explain why you are seeing a standard price option.

Alternatively, if you've previously registered a prior Fences release with your Stardock account, another way to redeem upgrade discount options from the product page is detailed here:

Hi, working to sort this out.

I’m reading “seeing popup at the end of my trial”

So- That popup should only appear for Fences 5 users.

If you’re using a free trial of Fences 5, then that trial is out of date, as Fences 6 has been available for about 9 months. Unfortunately the $20 offer is meant for upgrading users who already own Fences 5 (hence the popup showing in Fences 5.) So- to make use of the offer, you’ll need to be an existing customer of Fences 5. Please let us know if that’s the case, and as Adam shares, the upgrade link is available on the website for discount purchase.

My initial screenshot is still how it appears on my end, and this is after clicking on the $19.99 upgrade button.

Thank you for clarifying which button you're clicking. While it's unclear exactly what is going on here (I have not been able to reproduce the issue either. We'll have it logged to investigate further), you must have had Fences 5 installed to trigger this pop-up from your screenshot, yes?

Using the same email address you used to activate Fences 5 (or any prior Fences version), are you able to redeem the discount by clicking the Upgrade option from the product webpage linked below? (It would be for the "SINGLE" option as pictured):

Hello, I think I see what is happening now. I've only got Fences 6 installed (I've never tried Fences 5) and it pops up with the upgrade offer each time I boot into Windows 11. So, I thought this offer was applicable to those with an expired trial of Fences 6.

I must admit it is disappointing that the pop-up and website doesn't specify the terms and conditions of the offer as this would've saved me from wasting a lot of time trying to achieve the advertized price, and would've saved both of you time from replying to this thread.
