Clicking on 32-bit Control Panel items (e.g., those shown above), when Control Panel is set to display as a menu, FAILS, resulting in messages like this one:

Please run Winver and post the versions of Windows 10 and 11 you're using, and the version number of Start11v2. Thanks.

What settings are you using in Start11?

That doesn't look like the usual Start11 menu for the control panel as it is showing that top blank entry which wouldn't be usual for Start11 as it gets filtered out.
