J’ai organisé l’ensemble de mes icônes sur le bureau, Fences sauvegarde cette disposition.

À l’ouverture de mon PC les icônes sont mélangées, et la restauration de la sauvegarde ne fonctionne pas. Après le relance de mon PC les icones sont positionnés suivant mes préférences

La désinstallation suivie d’une réinstallation avait semble-t-il résolu mon problème

Mais à la mise en service de mon PC le lendemain mes icônes étaient déplacés sur mon bureau. Pour récupérer la disposition de mon bureau, il faut que je restaure ma sauvegarde que je redémarre mon PC pour récupérer la disposition de mon bureau

La restauration de ma sauvegarde ne se fait pas après validation elle se fait uniquement après un redémarrage.

L’installation et réinstallation de Fences permet de récupérer toutes les fonctionnalités du logiciel et je perds la fonctionnalité de restauration après un arrêt du PC

J’ai installé la version Bêta le résultat est le même

Avez-vous une solution pour résoudre se disfonctionner

Hello Uninstalling followed by reinstalling had apparently solved my problem But when my PC was put into service the next day my icons were moved to my desktop. To recover my desktop layout, I need to restore my backup, restart my PC to recover my desktop layout The restoration of my backup is not done after validation, it is only done after a reboot. Need additional information, does the issue appear everytime after reboot? If so, please do this,

1. re-setup the layout as what it should look like.
2. Turn on Fences "Advance Logging". Its in the About tab->Troubleshooting->click on Enable advance logging".
3. When the issue reappear. Go back on that same drop down menu and click on "Create error report package for technical support" Follow the instruction to submit a report for Support. Please include the link to this thread. 
4. Wait Support to reply.

The first report was created with beta version 6.01 I uninstalled and installed version 6.00 to create the latest error report it seems to me that you do not take into account the errors of the beta versions

2. Why do you need to restart your pc to recover your desktop layout. The Fences restore saved backup layout should do the work, no?

When I start my PC in the morning the layout of my icons is no longer in the location I chose.

Restoring the backup arrangement saved by Fences has no effect. The restoration is not done, once the restoration of the Fences backup arrangement is validated (with no effect on my desktop) I do the following maneuver "Windows On/Off Restart" and at that time I find the layout of my desktop that I made which corresponds to the layout saved by Fences.

Every morning I have to do this maneuver to get the layout of my office

2. Do the save backup manually, rename it to something you can easily differentiate from the daily backup.
3. When the issue appear, use this manual created backup instead the daily backup does it rearrange properly than?
