That would not likely work as - almost certainly - those keys have base functions of their own already, reserved by Windows itself.

However, combos like Ctrl + Shift +F1 might \ should.

Ok, but how do I set it up to ANY key combination that DOES work?? Where is the option to do so?

Might and should? Aren't you the support guy that knows if it can or can't?

I figured it out.

1. Your advertising is false, it says Multiplicity 4 supports HOTKEYS but it does NOT.

2. I had to purchase Multiplicity 4 Pro to gain access to hotkeys, which work great for switching between my two computers. I chose LCTRL+Shift+F1 and F2 to toggle between the two machines and programs the G keys on my keyboard to do so.

Might = you could have any number 3rd party apps that already reserve any given combo....

You never answered the question though. I suppose this is how you treat all your customers then? I guess it doesn't matter as I have already purchased M4 and M4 Pro. And reading is fundamental.

That would be a typo, one that you illustrated with great clarity, Olli.  I will have it fixed.

Thank you.
