Xabora, it's not a WB skin but a Visual Style and you can get it here http://www.deviantart.com/view/4560044/ You can always convert it to WB using Skin Studio...

Here's mine this month. Running Windows 2000 because XP conked out on me, so until I buy a new HD, Win2k will have to suffice. I'm also totally addicted to Warp Pipe, it allows you to play Mario Kart online...and it's really causing havoc with my sleeping habits. Anyways...
