Floating bottom menubars missaligned

Hi,

the following problem affecs all Windows 11 relases and an all Start 11 releases right from the start up to 2.5 beta

 

- Start 11 (v2) is configured to have the taskbar at the top.

- An other software (in my case Directoty Opus by GP Software) should paint a menubar attached to the bottom of the screen.

The result is, that the DOpus menu bar is offset by the width of the original windows taskbar.

The DOpus developer claims, that they only use official systemcalls to paint the menubar and that the problem must reside with the way Start11 handles the taskbar relocation.

It would be nice, if you could have a look at the problem.

or if that isn't provided you would need to host the file somewhere and post a link.

We would need a screenshot for this as I am unclear on what you mean by a menubar at the bottom of the screen or it being offset by the width of the taskbar.
