Start 11 causes explorer to crash every 5-10 mins

Hi there,

I've been loving Start 11 for a few months now, but since v2.11 it has been crashing explorer intermittently (taskbar goes away then relaunches again)

 

I'm on this window version:

 

And using the settings in this S11Backup file:

Here are the apps that were running when it crashed, I'm not using any other app that modifies windows explorer.

Also I have a pinned icon in the taskbar that I can't get rid of no matter what I try:

 

 

Can you please tell me what I can do to fix these 2 issues? Especially annoyed by the explorer crashing one..
