And there is no longer an option to save my layout!!!!!!!!!

That whole section with the desktop layouts where I used to scroll and save or restore a layout is gone now with the latest update of fences!!!!!!!!!!

This forum does not allow attaching images as far as I can tell so I can't upload what I see!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you are not yet on Fences 5.81 Beta, please download and install it and Reboot. And for multi-monitor setup please use the last option "Store my layout on a per-monitor-configuration basis". This will save your layout. Use the blue link "Adjust displays" to change your layout between monitors.

Thank you.

What is the link to the beta please?

You guys are constantly releasing "finished" products that have not been tested!!!  It has been going on for years!

I will never update or purchase another Stardock product again.

still doesnt exist after installing the beta

What actually doesn't exist? There are some changes done in latest Fences v5.81. Specially in Fences layout engine. Some function no longer needed since the new layout engine should auto-detect your layout.

I used to be able to manually save my desktop layouts. Click a button and name it what ever.

Do you not remember that feature?????

You still can do that. Save a backup. Once that is save you can click on it and rename it to whatever name you wish.

Okay - found it!  Thanks for the video. It really helped.

Why the procedure had to be messed with is beyond me! :-)
