Hello,

I just purchased Fences 5 for my new Microsoft Surface with Windows 11 and it will let me activate but when it goes to run a message pops up stating can't run with ARM. redirects me to site where I can't find the remedy for the installation to work.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, as mentioned in that popup, currently Fences for ARM will not work, unless you have active ObjectDesktop subscription. If you don't have and you just use Fences 5 activation key, it will not work. Do you have active ObjectDesktop Subscription key?

Doesn't seem that I have so i guess I need to get that also. the description should mention that for users when looking at the software

If you allready purchased Fences 5, make sure you use the upgrade button to purchase.

Sorry to say but even after purchasing Object subscription I still can't get it to open after activation.

There are two versions of Fences 5. Under "my downloads" make sure you have the OD insider version downloaded and installed.

Make sure you use the OD product key when activating.
