unable to complete install of fences from object desktop or stand alone

Even when scroll to bottom of license agreement am unable to click on next. It is greyed out.  Had to do a reset of windows on current machine and re-install all applications earlier today.  Was getting same error w/deskscapes standalone installer but seemed to work fine when I did it from object desktop. 

 

Standalone 4  install. Same thing occurs w/current version

Are you able to scroll down and check Agree?

EDIT: I just realized you said you had scrolled all the way down, but the scroll bar doesn't appear to be all the way down. Does this dialog allow you to resize it vertically?

This is as far down as it will go. See cursor.  Does not give me option to resize.  Tried changing resolution and scaling on PC and did not make a difference.

Okay, thank you, Next, please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
