Pinning Trello app seems to work, but opens file explorer

Seems that any MS Store apps cannot be pinned to Start 11

I've been trying to pin Trello to my Start11 taskbar.

Two ways of trying this - one from within the app itself, which seems to work, but then opens a file explorer when clicked.

The second was from the MS start button, selecting 'pin to taskbar' - it pins the icon, but this also opens the file explorer rather than the app.

The only way to start the app, is to click the start button, search the app and click.

When I stop using Start11, the behaviour is as expected/needed - the app is pinned, and starts when clicked.

Is there are fix, or way to make MS Store apps pinned to the taskbar, and work as expected?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, if you go to All Program list and browse to Trello->Open it->Right click on Trello taskbar button->Select "Pin to taskbar". That should Pin it to taskbar.

Thanks

Tried multiple ways around this - and it seems to be only apps that are installed from the MS Store, not other 'normal' apps.

Well, it work on my system. I get it via MS Store, install it run it, pin it via the taskbar, and it work, click on the pinned Trello at the taskbar open Trello, not open file explorer. Maybe something else is intercepting it. Please try this: https://forums.stardock.com/505872/start11-support-faq#windowssandbox. And see if it work in Sandbox. Try it and report back.

Thank you,
