Is there a single email address to contact somebody and ask a question??
The way Support works is via the forums. Here you ask a question in the suitable forum (i.e. Start Menu Products, Fences, etc.) and the Customer Support Assistant, or other Support person answers.
You can also use the search function and look for posts relevant to your question.

Asking for specific support could be of the personal nature and is not for wide public, but...
I have a permanent license for V2.xx (5 users) and I would like to upgrede to actual version. As I can see there is a upgrade discount if I choose 1 year subscription, but there is no discount if I choose a permanent license.
Is it suppose to be like that or am I missing something.

Actually that's fine for the forum since you didn't post keys or account details.
basj or another Support person will be along to help. It's Sunday in the U.S. and SD doesn't work weekends.

Which Stardock software you're referring to? Fences? If Fences, yes there is no discount for previous version user for permanent licenses. But, there is discount offer for Subscription.
