Products missing from My Downloads/Not Linked to my account

I am trying to reinstall Fences 3 on a new computer. When I use the product key it tells me that the Product Key is not connected my email address. When I try to activate by logging it says product is not associated with my account. When I log into my account, it shows that I purchased Fences 3.0. Can this disconnect by resolved?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Most probably account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
